VanTom is the latest addition to the successful 5000 Aluminium class, which has proven to be a revolutionary offering.
Hinging on a semi-custom platform, the pioneering concept enables clients to have a yacht they can customise that relies on proven design and technology. Reducing both client costs and construction times, Heesen has so far successfully launched five yachts in this class between 2011 and 2016.
With exterior lines designed by Dutch designer Omega Architects – including darkened window mullions tailored by her owner to achieve a distinct appearance that differentiates her from her five sister ships – this 50-metre semi-displacement motor yacht below 500GT can reach a top speed of 23 knots thanks to her hard-chine hull powered by two MTU 16V 4000 M73L and has a transatlantic range of 3,100 nautical miles at 12 knots.
Italian Designer Francesco Paszkowski together with Margerita Casprini worked closely with the owners to create an interior design that reflects their taste and the lifestyle of their family: a contemporary and unique aesthetic of understated elegance where they can enjoy peace, relaxation and feel completely at home.
